Hurricane Home Services
We will be taking on a limited number of homes that we will have on our emergency services plan.
Due to time constraints, we will have a limited number of homes that we will provide Hurricane Services in which we will install/close, complete outdoor home check for at risk items, video pre-post storm emailed to you for insurance backup, remove valuables and store at and land storage facility during the storm, and stay close to your home for post hurricane support. We will be your eyes on site.
This is an added service. please ask us for details if you are interested.
How It Works
Step 1 - inquiry
Request a virtual quote from the team. We ask for a detailed description, of what you need, want included in the scheduled checklist, along with the location your home is in so that we can give the best quote possible. The more info you share in our form, the faster we can add you to the schedule.
Step 2 - meeting/review
We will review your inquiry and schedule a meeting. (in-person preferred, zoom if unavailable) If you were in the area, we would come and meet with you at the house/property to ensure we have all the information needed, and you can ask more questions about us and our services. We would then go create a quote.
Step 2 - confirm/sign
Upon acceptance of our quote, we would meet to discuss access to house/property, verify insurance compliance documentation, share contacts with other service providers, ensure emergency contact information is shared.
Step 4 - Communication/notify
We follow the scheduled inspection, notify you if all good, anything at risk, and anything needing immediate care. We allow you to decide on who/how/when you want things done and we notify you when completed and verified.
Step 5 - Communication/fix
Step 6 - We welcome you back to SWFL
We go back to scheduled inspections

We complete our agreement and welcome you back to SWFL.

Experience
We are a father and son business that has relocated to the Lee County Florida area after running a successful home renovation company in Ontario Canada for the past five years and have been successfully renovating homes for over 30 years combined. We moved here as my wife was offered a position in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral areas to help visually impaired people with rehabilitation and life skills. We look forward to meeting you.
Services
I have been doing home watch, inspections and checklists for homes for the past 25 years, starting with our family cottage in Ontario Canada, expanding to several cottages in the area especially during the winter months when homeowners would leave for the winter.
For all the homeowners that leave Florida, have investment properties in SWFL but live out of state/country. We will be there to check on your homes and report back to you.
